Is the Surface of the Keyboard Hard?
No. We use under the membrane barrier a low profile keyboard that will give a soft but positive tactile feel.

Are your Medical Keyboards totally flat?
YES. The SterileFLAT Medical Keyboard is totally flat with a silicon membrane barrier that will gives a soft but positive tactile feel.

Does your Silicon contain Latex?
No. All our keyboards, mice, mouse mats are latex free. We do not use silicon containing Latex.

Do you offer a wireless keyboard or mouse?
No. We took the decision that all of our products will be wired and connect directly to the PC it is used on.

Can you raise the angle of the keyboard if necessary?
Yes. We can supply longer elevated legs to create a higher angle.

Can you change the membrane if required?
Yes. The keyboard case has been designed for you to remove the antibacterial keyboard rear outer casing and remove and replace the existing membrane (we can supply this kit for you). However up to now we have never had a request for new membrane covers.

Are we the first to buy these products?
Absolutely not, many PCTs and Trusts use them and many have placed multiple orders. We also have many dental surgeries and veterinary surgeries using our products..

Do you offer an electronic scroll wheel feature with you mice?
Yes. We offer for both our Laser and Optical Mice a 5 button feature. 3 of these buttons are for the page up/down and scroll lock function thus replacing the need for a mechanical scroll wheel. .
